De acuerdo al diario El Universal, Mariana Sánchez, de 24 años de edad, realizaba su servicio social en la comunidad de Nueva Palestina, municipio de Ocosingo.
El sujeto, identificado como Fernando Cuauhtémoc “N”, fue detenido por el delito de hostigamiento sexual en contra de la joven.
