Reservations were impacting OCs 20-30 years ago. Now government is no longer a major employer, in my opinion. What I was saying why government could not improve economy by privatization, opening up, reforms, etc. like China did. We won’t have to migrate and beg for other country passports. India can do it. We have enough population to create business/consumption and wealth within India. At the moment we are not migrating due to ambition. We are just running away for jobs and better life.
