El staff de Aeroméxico en el aeropuerto es el peor de todos, me siento totalmente decepcionado de haber usado Kayak.”

Ventajas: “The passengers sitting by me were very helpful. They put my carryon on the overhead rack for departure and arrival. The handicapped attendant was excellent when I arrived in Cancun and stayed with me until my transfer was found.”

Desventajas: “I have traveled several times annually with Volaris for at last 13 years and this is the first time the service was so bad, virtually no service was offered at any time. Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible.”

( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later.”

Desventajas: “Delete 2 hours very bad”

Desventajas: “Waiting inside the plane with door open. It is ridiculous to be inside the plan for an hour before takeoff”

Desventajas: “Not good organization while boarding, too much turbulence, very uncomfortable seats”

Ventajas: “La tripulación siempre fue muy amable.”

Desventajas: “VivaAerobus debe mejorar en su puntualidad. Mi vuelo salió con 3 horas de retraso. Y había mínimo otros 4 vuelos de la misma aerolinea igualmente con retraso. Se que muchas veces se debe a causas ajenas a la empresa y personal, pero trabajar en mejorar su logística les daría un mejor renombre.”

Ventajas: “Puntuales”

Desventajas: “Entrenamiento”

Desventajas: “We were delayed but they didn’t tell us till 45mins before the flight was scheduled to depart. Other than that everything else was good”

Desventajas: “Asientos reclinables”

Ventajas: “El asiento no es reclinable y por lo tanto no es tan comodo”

Desventajas: “En reclinar los asientos”

Desventajas: “Las maletas tardaron en llegar más feb media hora”

Ventajas: “Sale casi en punto”

Desventajas: “Salir a la hora , aceptar american express”
