Desventajas: “1h late departure, but we arrived at the expected time. Seats were not very confortable, but everyone had an individual tv. We bought a flight Montreal-Mexico-Panama City, but for some reasons, it was impossible to get boarding passes for the second part of this flight… We had to check-in again in Mexico city.”

Ventajas: “PARA EMPEZAR, EL VUELO SE ATRASO 4 HORAS. YO VIAJO CON UNA NIÑA DE 2 AÑOS. NO ME DAN VALES DE COMIDA, ME COBRAN 3 MALETAS (COSA QUE ES ILEGAL). MI VUELO ATERRIZÓ EN LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO 3 DE LA MAÑANA. NO RECIBÍ NI 1 PESO DE RECOMPENSA DE TODO LO PERDIDO Y EL MAL DÍA QUE ME HICIERON PASAR”

Desventajas: “el baño es super incómodo”

Ventajas: “Me cambiaron el vuelo a ultima hora y por culpa de Aeromexico perdi la conexión, obligandome a quedarme en el DF y tendiendo yo que cubrir los gastos”

Ventajas: “The crew was very professional and attentive.”

Desventajas: “Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.”

Desventajas: “The crew, some of the crew were a bit rigid, didn’t seem to like what they were doing”

Desventajas: “El abordaje, ayuda a las personas con niños pequeños, cabriolas, sillas de ruedas, el personal lejos de ayudar t presiona para que no obstruyas el paso pero tampoco se permite abordar antes que el resto para evitar esta obstrucción. La puntualidad y organización de la sala en general muy mala”

Ventajas: “Buena atención durante el viaje”

Desventajas: “El caballero que nos hizo el check in fue bastante desagradable y nos hizo un trámite muy irregular. A mi acompañante lo quería forzar a que lleve su equipaje de mano abajo pues sobrepasó el límite de 10 kg (11kg) pero mi amigo prefirió sacar una chaqueta de la maleta. En mi caso llevaba una maleta con un peso inferior a 10kg pero como llevaba un pequeño bolso no me quería permitir llevar mi equipaje más grande conmigo a pesar de que muchas personas llevaban bolsos de mucho mayor tamaño que los míos. Entonces introduje el pequeño bolso en el grande. Nosotros llegamos de unas excelentes vacaciones, pero su actitud nos hizo llevarnos un amargo recuerdo del regreso y de su aerolínea, pues finalmente nos dice que él estará en el sector para abordar el avión y nos amenazó con que si nos ve con los bolsos como llegamos nos hará abandonar el avión para pagar por el equipaje y así hacernos perder el vuelo. Afortunadamente no lo vimos más. Lamentable la experiencia y ojalá puedan revisar quién nos hizo el check in para que no vuelva a realizar malos tratos a próximos pasajeros. Desventajas: “salir a tiempo”

Desventajas: “Huno un retraso en el vuelo de 11 horas! y perdí mi conexión en un vuelo interno en China. El wi fi no funcionaba y la sobre cargo no de interesó en arreglar a pesar de pedirle varias veces. Pedí una manta y nunca me entregaron”

Ventajas: “Me gustó el segundo avión de Mx a Las Vegas pues era cómodo y con entretenimiento . La atención de las personas de la tripulación.”

Desventajas: “La comodidad de los vuelos de Quito a Mx En un vuelo por la tarde recibimos unos snack no era una comida buena por la horas de viaje. No tuvimos respaldo de la aerolínea por un error en pantallas de aeropuerto por lo cual perdimos el vuelo con mi amiga, no había atención al cliente en el aeropuerto de Las Vegas de Aeromexico y las líneas no respondían, los costos de penalidad eran absurdamente excesivos y no recibo respuesta por el pago de sobre equipaje por el vuelo que se perdió.”

Desventajas: “Estuvimos 1hr en la fila para documentar y sobrevendieron el vuelo.. no me pasó a mí peor mucha gente se quedó sin lugar”

Desventajas: “La atención del personal del avión y la comida”

Ventajas: “El servicio en general de la aerolínea y el módulo de información de vuelos”

Desventajas: “Que hubiera un poco más de espacio entre asientls”

Ventajas: “El vuelo salir a tiempo y las filas para el embarque estan muy organizadas por zonas.”

Desventajas: “Una compañera con la que viajaba, tuvo problemas con la lectura de su código QR desde su celular. El sistema no lo leía correctamente y no le dio tiempo de regresar a un kiosko a imprimir su pase de abordar, por lo que perdió el vuelo y tuvo que esperar 2 horas para tomar el siguiente vuelo.”

Ventajas: “Nada siempre cambian el vuelo de regreso a última hora, ellos provoca que gaste más uno o venden el espacio de uno. Nos cambiaron el vuelo y perdimos el traslado y tuvimos que pagar taxi íbamos con 2 niñas pequeñas y no les importo. Esta es la segunda vez q viajamos y las 2 veces nos lo han hecho. Pésimo servicio”

Desventajas: “Que siempre de regreso cambian los vuelos o venden los espacio de asientos de uno. Y no le reembolsan a uno los gastos en que se incurren por los cambios a última hora que realizan a su conveniencia.”

Ventajas: “Tuve la mala experiencia con Aeroméxico y no pienso volver a bookear este tipo de aerolínea nunca más. El vuelo aún está atrasado y me encuentro en Mexico, he perdido dinero por cuestión de hoteles y reservas que tenía para el día de hoy. El staff de Aeroméxico en el aeropuerto es el peor de todos, me siento totalmente decepcionado de haber usado Kayak.”

Ventajas: “Actually, the flat bed seat is not an Aeromexico virtue, this is part of the 787-800 series. Fortunately, All Nippon Airways is serving Mexico City and there is no doubt what is gonna be my next option.”

Desventajas: “1. Delayed departure. 2. Mediocre flight attendants with poor understanding of what this kind of long haul flight should be in business class. 3. The two only meals were uneatable. The chicken was carved 2 weeks ago and stored in permafrost before serving. 4. I’ve flown 7 times the same route with Aeromexico and this was the worst of all of them.”

Ventajas: “The sandwich was okay. I liked the individual video screens, good entertainment options. I like that my checked bag was free.”

Desventajas: “Some of the flight attendants were rude. I was seated in an emergency exit isle, and I was told that I couldn’t have my handbag under the seat in front of me. This is the first time I’ve heard of a airline with this policy. My bag was put in the overhead bin and I couldn’t access my tablet or headphones or medicine during the flight. Also, the chair (maybe because it was the exit row) would not recline. This was pretty terrible for a red eye flight. I asked the flight attendant if I could switch seats, (well before take off) I didn’t mind if it was a middle seat, just somewhere I could have my bag with me… she rudely remarked that the plane was late and I needed to sit back down. Terrible service, it was a simple request. I’m sure someone with long legs would have been happy to switch with me. I also don’t like that my carry on bags had a weight limit.”

Ventajas: “practicamente nada que rescatar. El entretenimiento de a bordo era bueno.”

Desventajas: “pague extra por un lugar que no me fue asignado correctamente. Luego fui al counter a cambiarlo y a pesar de decirme que me habian asignado el asiento solicitado, me dieron uno que no era y peor que el anterior. Nadie del personal de tierra ni de a bordo quiso hacerse cargo de la situacion. Lamentable.”

Ventajas: “Cancelaron mi vuelo y nos tuvieron toda la noche en el aeropuerto. Sin ninguna atención”

Ventajas: “Me encantó el lugar, muy conveniente para mi espalda. El personal excelente como siempre. Me guiaron muy bien para documentar a mi cachorra.”

Desventajas: “Sugiero que el cuernito sea caliente. Que también se de preferencia en lugares a las personas que solicitamos servicio de silla de ruedas, siempre tenemos un para qué lo requerimos. En cuanto a entretenimiento, nunca me ofrecieron los audífonos, supongo la razón es porque se trataba de un vuelo red eye.”

Ventajas: “El servicio es bueno y el personal es eficiente y atento”

Desventajas: “El avión llegó 20 minutos tarde a Santiago de Querétaro”

Desventajas: “Water can still be free, I mean I know it’s a budget airline, but water?”

Ventajas: “I had a goos seat the crew was courteugus/”

Desventajas: “The check in was.very slow only one person at the desck making it very stresfull for passangers. we had to hurry to the gate because nit. I will have more personel to expedite check in, also need to provide the paperwork requiere like the health declaration it was rewuiere to pass to boarding and there was no forms any were. Passangers had to scrable to find some. Running agains the clock because all the delay to check in. 2hrs on line is ecxesive.”

Ventajas: “The friendly of the staff and that the crew was strict to put order in the unloading”

Ventajas: “They gave me a free checked bag! When I took out my credit card to pay for it, he said “No, es un regalo (gift).” How nice for a budget airlines!! May have been due to the holidays, but Volaris just charged me MORE for a bag during the holidays. We boarded on time and landed early. Our baggage came fairly quickly as well. Those are important things to me (especially if I have to catch a bus or a connecting flight) I’ll definitely use Viva Aerobus again!!”

Desventajas: “The seats were pretty cramped, especially if you’re tall. But that’s to be expected. What I thought they could’ve done (and this goes for all the cheapo airlines) was at least offer us a cup of water. I mean, come on!”

Desventajas: “Some glitches in the loading of your pages made The printing of boaring pass and electronic ticket complicated and confusing resulting in an extra charge yo print the boarding pass.”

Ventajas: “I didn’t get chance to flight . They changed departure time . At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun. ( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later.”

Not only my seat wouldn’t lean, it was also less than 90 degrees. I was terribly uncomfortable the whole flight!!!”

Desventajas: “Todo …. el checkin en línea no se podía hacer y sin embargo te lo cobran en mostrador .. aunque es culpa de la empresa no poder efectuarlo .. las maletas no se documentan a su destino final .. en todas otras líneas si si es la misma .. que era el caso .. te documentan .hay que sacar maletas en”

Se que muchas veces se debe a causas ajenas a la empresa y personal, pero trabajar en mejorar su logística les daría un mejor renombre.”
