Al sentarme, mi apartado para la maleta de mano estaba ocupado y puse un sombrero mejicano en otro lugar. Entonces, sin más, me dice que si otra persona necesita el espacio, mi “sombrerito” (dicho así por ella), tendría que ir conmigo. Me pareció despreciable porque ya era de las últimas personas en entrar y, encima, tras dos vuelos anteriores sin problemas y con opciones que me facilitaba el personal, ella fue borde y amenazante, ya que bajo el asiento delantero no cabía mi bolso y el sombrero. Esperé a que todos se sentaran y a otra azafata le dije que estaba de pie esperando por si necesitaban el espacio del sombrero, que si me podía avisar. Al momento, y de buenas, me dijo que estuviera tranquila, que podía sentarme, que el sombrero estaría bien. Ni siquiera era para mi el sombrero, es para trabajo de una amiga (con más razón de preocupación por mi parte, pues no era un capricho). En el rato de procurar por el sombrero, de pie, la señora que se sentaba en el pasillo, a mi lado, estaba de pie porque quiso. De repente, sin más y, para ser socióloga, fue muy borde, me dice que se sentaba harta de esperarme, que ya iría. Me quedé WTF? y me callé. Al indicarme la azafata que ya podía estar tranquila, fui a santarme, le pedí a la señora que si por favor me permitía entrar a mi asiento me dijo que ya era hora (con mal carácter). Me siento y me puse a hacer tareas de inglés. Ayyy… Y mi paciencia tuvo trabajo diez minutos de saltos para dirigirse a sus amigos de atrás, hablando muy alto que ibamos tarde, luego susurrando que se llevaría el cojin de cuello que se había encontrado, luego más saltos y risas de yena. Calló durante el vuelo y, al aterrizar volvió a lo mismo. El dueño del cojín de cuello apareció y hablaron de los suyo pero mmmadre mmmia si tuve que callarme cuando decía que estuvo estrecha en espacio. Estaba en el pasillo!! Muy amable mi compañero de vuelo de la izquierda que, al ver que el asiento de su izquierda estaba vacío y que estábamos tres muy estrechos, se movió para que pasara el aire. Todo muy normal pero a niveles demasiado estresantes. Tanto el egoísmo humano de unos… como la ineptitud profesional de otros seres… deberían tenerse bajo una línea definida.”

Desventajas: “I have traveled several times annually with Volaris for at last 13 years and this is the first time the service was so bad, virtually no service was offered at any time. Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible.”

Es vergonzoso que una aerolínea de ese calibre intente sacarle dinero a sus clientes de esa manera. Evidentemente no vuelvo a viajar con ellos.”

At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun. ( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later.”

Se que muchas veces se debe a causas ajenas a la empresa y personal, pero trabajar en mejorar su logística les daría un mejor renombre.”
